At VitalZenix, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully to understand the conditions for returns, exchanges, and refunds.


1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The return request is submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • The product is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

  • The product is returned in its original packaging with all labels, tags, manuals, accessories, and promotional items (if applicable).

  • A valid order number or proof of purchase is provided.

VitalZenix reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.


2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless they are received damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Opened or used vitamins and dietary supplements.

  • Opened nutrition products.

  • Personal care or hygiene products.

  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.

  • Gift cards and promotional vouchers.

  • Clearance or final sale items (unless defective).


3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve your request quickly, please include:

  • Your order number.

  • Clear photos of the product.

  • Photos of the shipping package.

  • A brief description of the issue.

After verification, we will offer an appropriate resolution, which may include:

  • A replacement.

  • An exchange.

  • A full refund.

  • A partial refund, where appropriate.


4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at vitalzenix@gmail.com with your order details and reason for the return.

  2. Wait for return authorization and instructions from our customer support team.

  3. Securely pack the product in its original packaging.

  4. Ship the product to the return address provided by our support team.

Please do not return products without prior authorization, as this may delay or prevent processing.


5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Processing typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • Shipping charges and Cash on Delivery (COD) fees, if any, are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective/incorrect product.


6. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for eligible products in cases such as:

  • Wrong item received.

  • Defective or damaged product.

  • Manufacturing defect.

  • Size or variant exchange (where applicable and subject to availability).

Exchange requests must be made within the applicable return period.

If the requested replacement is unavailable, we may offer an alternative product of similar value or issue a refund.


7. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, VitalZenix will bear the reasonable return shipping cost or arrange a pickup where available.

  • If the return is for any other eligible reason (such as a change of mind, where accepted), the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.


8. Cancellation of Orders

Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched for shipment.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process outlined in this policy.
